　　事件的起因大概是周海媚因為對北京路況不熟，買了一款導航新型手機。可導航係統一直不好使，讓她經常迷路，找客戶服務中心多次維修仍沒修好。周海媚這樣親自上陣去找客服人員，恐怕隻能用“小女人”來形容了。(圖庫供稿)

2009年11月19日訊，北京，近日周海媚參加完央視的慶祝祖國60周年的晚會後，記者又在東直門的某手機客服中心見到了她。這次她是帶著助理去修手機，開著京P牌照的汽車。從客服中心出來後，周海媚一行又來到附近某商場。但在商場裏呆了沒一個小時，周海媚就帶著助理匆匆離開了商場。
