林紫君堪稱本屆準亞姐中波霸 台、中、港、澳共十八位亞姐參加“2009亞洲小姐競選”，本屆波霸是港澳代表林紫君，她憑著35吋半的豪乳，成功擊敗台灣“豐胸專家”劉伊心，以及擁有35吋上圍的大陸代表王晨，成為全場焦點。

　　東森新聞報道，來自台灣的劉伊心自稱上圍有32D，亞視公布資料顯示，她的上圍隻到34吋名列第三。劉伊心受訪時坦言最欣賞王晨的胸部，要效法對方吃“奶片”豐滿上圍，她說，“其實我每天有按摩胸部，可以挺高一點。”

　　劉伊心被香港媒體評價為話題女王，20日與EO2彩排舞步時，突然眼紅嘴扁，拍完合照後即走進後台，讓港媒追訪。劉伊心說，“我不舒服，但還沒看醫生。”她否認因媒體報導而不開心。亞姐公關解釋，劉伊心因感冒及思鄉影響情緒所致，幸好母親已經來港陪伴。
