不過隨著香港回歸以及近些年香港電影的頹廢，還有和大陸合拍片的機會的增多，香港電影中的大陸女星盡管還是上述幾種類型，不過位置還是有所提高，不過總的來說還是比較不融合和不搭介，在此盤點一下出現在香港電影中的大陸女星。

一般來說，以前出現在香港電影裏的大陸女星還是有一定知名度和名氣的，從側麵講 也說明了在那個時間誰在大陸最紅，先從鞏俐開始吧。
一段時間在內地竟然不如在香港那樣受歡迎——原因很簡單，相當勢利的香港電影圈看到了這位國際影星身上潛藏著的巨大商業價值。於是我們看到，鞏俐繼《紅高粱》之後有一個時期連續接拍了多部香港電影：《古今大戰秦俑情》（1989）、《豪門夜宴》、《上海灘賭聖》（1991）、《夢醒時分》（1992）、《唐伯虎點秋香》（1993）、《西楚霸王》、《天龍八部》（1994），可謂牆裏開花牆外香。鞏俐在香港電影圈中盛極一時，在眾女星中的獨領風騷，也可以用“令六宮粉黛盡失顏色”來加以形容。

不知鞏俐出現在這部電影裏是不是一種災難，不過好在其他人（如鄭佩佩）的精彩表演，使這部電影還是成為了喜劇經典，鞏俐的秋香風格與整個電影格格不入。
