材料 Ingredients:
2/3杯低筋或中筋麵粉 (2/3 cup
cake flour or all purpose flour)
3大勺糖 (3 tablespoons sugar)
4個蛋 (4 large eggs)
5大勺油 (5 tablespoons oil)
2杯奶 (2 cups milk)
奶油夾心 Cream Filling:
半杯奶油(4 oz whipped cream)
1條奶酪(8 oz cream cheese)
1/8杯奶 (1/8 cup milk)
3大勺糖 (3 tablespoons sugar)
草莓夾心 Strawberry Fill:
1磅草莓 (1 lb fresh strawberry)
製作:
1.做蛋餅糊:取一大碗,雞蛋打散加糖,加奶攪勻,篩入麵粉拌勻再加油攪勻蓋起來放一邊兒休息。有一點兒小麵疙瘩不要緊,休息一會讓液體浸潤一陣兒再攪幾下就好了。
2. 草莓留5,6個做花,其餘的切片
3.奶油夾心: 再取一碗放奶酪隔水軟化加糖,奶,奶油拌勻。
4.平底鍋中火2大勺麵糊一張餅兩麵煎黃
