蘋果係列(一)微波爐蘋果乳香夾心玉米發糕

根據露西霓娜的玉米發糕改編,在此謝謝二位!

材料:
麵1/4杯
玉米麵3/4杯
酸奶油(Sour cream)3/4杯
糖1/4杯
油4大勺
蛋3個
發粉(baking podwer) 1 小勺
蘋果2-3個

栗子餡
栗源熟板栗1袋(5.3 oz)
糖3大勺
酸奶油1/4杯

做法:
1. 做栗子餡:栗子,糖放入food processor打碎,加酸奶油打勻待用

2. 3/4杯酸奶油加糖先拌勻,再加蛋,油拌勻。
3. 玉米麵,麵粉,發粉拌勻後篩入蛋糊。
4. 半個蘋果削皮切薄片置一小碗微波爐1分鍾轉軟做花。其餘蘋果削皮切瓣

5. 鋪1/2麵糊入塗好薄油的烤盤。均勻鋪上栗子泥,再鋪上餘下的1/2麵糊。

6. 碼上一圈蘋果瓣包保鮮膜再轉10-12分鍾。

7. 蘋果片層層疊疊碼一堆,中間一倆片卷成花心就好了。

8. 又香又軟切一塊
