蘋果千層蛋糕(Crepes Cake)

材料:
2/3杯低筋麵粉(中筋也行)
3大勺糖
4個蛋
5大勺酥油(shortening)融化
2杯奶

奶油夾心:
4 oz (半杯)奶油(whipped cream)
1條(8 oz)奶酪( cream cheese)
1/8杯奶
3大勺糖

蘋果夾心:
3 個蘋果
2大勺檸檬汁
1.5 杯水
3大勺糖


製作:
1. 做蛋餅糊:取一大碗,雞蛋打散加糖,融化的酥油拌勻,加奶攪勻,篩入麵粉拌勻蓋起來放一邊兒休息。

2. 蘋果夾心:另取一碗放水,檸檬汁加糖拌勻,蘋果削皮切薄片放入混合液微波爐轉軟(2-3分鍾)

3. 奶油夾心: 再取一碗放奶酪隔水軟化加糖,奶,奶油拌勻。

4. 平底鍋中火2大勺麵糊一張餅兩麵煎黃
