你怎麽知道不能救你的配偶呢？— 哥林多前書讀經隨筆 第7章

哥林多前書第七章第11—16節，保羅對結了婚的姐妹們說，主吩咐做妻子的不可離棄丈夫，若是離開了就不可再嫁，否則需要去與丈夫複和；同樣，丈夫也不可離棄妻子。保羅然後對其餘的人說，倘若某弟兄有不信主的妻子，妻子也情願和他同住，他就不要離棄妻子；同樣，妻子若有不信主的丈夫，丈夫也情願和她同住，她也不要離棄丈夫。不信主的丈夫，會因著信主的妻子成為聖潔；同樣，不信主的妻子也會因著信主的丈夫成為聖潔，否則生的兒女就不潔淨，但如今他們的兒女已經聖潔了。倘若那不信主的配偶要離婚，就由他離去吧，無論是弟兄還是姐妹，遇著這樣的事都不必被束縛，因為神召我們原是要我們和睦；然而，作妻子的怎麽知道不能救不信主的丈夫呢？同樣，作丈夫的怎麽知道不能救不信主的妻子呢？當不信主的配偶在每天的生活裏看到你有從主來的大愛和耐心的時候，很可能被感動而歸主的。

 

林前7:10 至於那已經嫁娶的、我吩咐他們、其實不是我吩咐、乃是主吩咐、說、妻子不可離開丈夫。

But to the married I command--not I, but the Lord--that the wife not leave her husband

林前7:11 若是離開了、不可再嫁．或是仍同丈夫和好．丈夫也不可離棄妻子。

(but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife.

林前7:12 我對其餘的人說、不是主說、倘若某弟兄有不信的妻子、妻子也情願和他同住、他就不要離棄妻子。

But to the rest I--not the Lord--say, if any brother has an unbelieving wife, and she is content to live with him, let him not leave her.

林前7:13 妻子有不信的丈夫、丈夫也情願和他同住、他就不要離棄丈夫。

The woman who has an unbelieving husband, and he is content to live with her, let her not leave her husband.

林前7:14 因為不信的丈夫、就因著妻子成了聖潔．並且不信的妻子、就因著丈夫成了聖潔．〔丈夫原文作弟兄〕不然、你們的兒女就不潔淨．但如今他們是聖潔的了。

For the unbelieving husband is sanctified in the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified in the husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy.

林前7:15 倘若那不信的人要離去、就由他離去吧．無論是弟兄、是姐妹、遇著這樣的事、都不必拘束．　神召我們原是要我們和睦。

Yet if the unbeliever departs, let there be separation. The brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases, but God has called us in peace.

林前7:16 你這作妻子的、怎麽知道不能救你的丈夫呢．你這作丈夫的、怎麽知道不能救你的妻子呢。

For how do you know, wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, husband, whether you will save your wife?
