試談人生的意義

老話題,今天試著從天父上帝和他的愛子耶穌基督的永恒裏說起。

聖經告訴我們,因為地球上人類的惡,世界會有末日,那一天世界會被毀滅。末日裏世界的全地被毀滅,這包括地上一切的物(植物,動物,所造之物和人),但是耶穌基督的真信徒因提前被耶穌提到雲裏而將進入新天新地與主在一起,並且死去的基督徒也被複活與主在一起。既然人類創造的一切(不管是人工智能,元宇宙,還是何等的高科技產品)有一天都會被毀滅,那人類每天生活工作和創造的意義在哪裏? 人生的意義又在哪裏? 

一個人生命的意義決定於他(或她)是否認識並相信耶穌基督,因為這決定了一個人的生命是有限的,還是永生的。

生命有限的人不認識耶穌或不信耶穌,是單單因為世界(比如世界裏的什麽人或什麽崇高的人類事業)而為世界生活和工作,或擔心害怕,或憂慮愁苦,或貪心,或抱怨,或嫉妒爭競,或求自己或人的榮耀,自己或不知道為了什麽而活著也不知道自己的靈魂在肉體死後去哪裏。傳道書裏詳細描述了沒有耶穌的時光裏人的狀態。有永生的人認識耶穌,生活工作一切都依靠耶穌,天天充滿感恩,充滿平安和喜樂; 生活工作都是因為主,像給主而做,一切供應都從內心裏認為是從主而來,並感謝著領受; 每天都活在天父和耶穌的大愛裏,一切榮耀歸於神; 活著是因為永恒的主,知道肉體死後靈魂去天堂,末日會被耶穌複活,並知道自己也是活在永恒裏,永遠與主在一起。主耶穌說,讓人活著的乃是靈,肉體不算什麽。

單單為了世界而工作(不管是為了世界裏的什麽人,還是世界裏世人眼裏什麽崇高的事業)但不認識耶穌的,不但所做所造的都會歸於無有,而且若沒有信耶穌,就連他自己都會歸於無有(肉體死後,末日審判或遭硫磺火湖毀滅是第二次的死)。生命的一切都是虛空!

有了耶穌在的生命裏,一切便有了根基。世界的末日不會臨到他的頭上,他所做的主耶穌也會紀念,並與主一同生活在末日之後的新天新地裏,那裏不再有黑夜,而是一同與主統治到永遠。

傳2:16 智慧人和愚昧人一樣、永遠無人記念.因為日後都被忘記.可歎智慧人死亡與愚昧人無異。
For of the wise man, even as of the fool, there is no memory for ever, since in the days to come all will have been long forgotten. Indeed, the wise man must die just like the fool!

傳3:14 我知道神一切所作的、都必永存、無所增添、無所減少.神這樣行、是要人在他麵前存敬畏的心。
I know that whatever God does, it shall be forever. Nothing can be added to it, nor anything taken from it; and God has done it, that men should fear before him.

傳3:19 因為世人遭遇的、獸也遭遇.所遭遇的都是一樣.這個怎樣死、那個也怎樣死、氣息都是一樣.人不能強於獸.都是虛空。
For that which happens to the sons of men happens to animals. Even one thing happens to them. As the one dies, so the other dies. Yes, they have all one breath; and man has no advantage over the animals: for all is vanity.

傳3:20 都歸一處.都是出於塵土、也都歸於塵土。
All go to one place. All are from the dust, and all turn to dust again.

傳4:4 我又見人為一切的勞碌和各樣靈巧的工作、就被鄰舍嫉妒.這也是虛空、也是捕風。
Then I saw all the labor and achievement that is the envy of a man's neighbor. This also is vanity and a striving after wind.

傳5:10 貪愛銀子的、不因得銀子知足.貪愛豐富的、也不因得利益知足.這也是虛空。
He who loves silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he who loves abundance, with increase: this also is vanity.

傳5:15 他怎樣從母胎赤身而來、也必照樣赤身而去.他所勞碌得來的、手中分毫不能帶去。
As he came forth from his mother's womb, naked shall he go again as he came, and shall take nothing for his labor, which he may carry away in his hand.

傳6:7 人的勞碌都為口腹、心裏卻不知足。
All the labor of man is for his mouth, and yet the appetite is not filled.

傳8:7 他不知道將來的事、因為將來如何、誰能告訴他呢。
For he doesn't know that which will be; for who can tell him how it will be?

傳8:8 無人有權力掌管生命、將生命留住.也無人有權力掌管死期.這場爭戰、無人能免.邪惡也不能救那好行邪惡的人。
There is no man who has power over the spirit to contain the spirit; neither does he have power over the day of death. There is no discharge in war; neither shall wickedness deliver those who practice it.

傳9:3 在日光之下所行的一切事上、有一件禍患、就是眾人所遭遇的、都是一樣.並且世人的心充滿了惡.活著的時候心裏狂妄、後來就歸死人那裏去了。
This is an evil in all that is done under the sun, that there is one event to all: yes also, the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead.

傳2:24 人莫強如吃喝、且在勞碌中享福.我看這也是出於神的手。
There is nothing better for a man than that he should eat and drink, and make his soul enjoy good in his labor. This also I saw, that it is from the hand of God.

傳3:12 我知道世人莫強如終身喜樂行善。
I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice, and to do good as long as they live.

傳3:13 並且人人吃喝、在他一切勞碌中享福.這也是神的恩賜。
Also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy good in all his labor, is the gift of God.

傳5:19 神賜人資財豐富、使他能以吃用、能取自己的分、在他勞碌中喜樂.這乃是神的恩賜。
Every man also to whom God has given riches and wealth, and has given him power to eat of it, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labor--this is the gift of God.

傳5:20 他不多思念自己一生的年日.因為神應他的心使他喜樂。
For he shall not often reflect on the days of his life; because God occupies him with the joy of his heart.

西3:23 無論作甚麽、都要從心裏作、像是給主作的、不是給人作的。
And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,

西3:24 因你們知道從主那裏必得著基業為賞賜.你們所事奉的乃是主基督。
knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.

約6:63 叫人活著的乃是靈、肉體是無益的.我對你們所說的話就是靈、就是生命。
It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.

來9:28 像這樣、基督既然一次被獻、擔當了多人的罪、將來要向那等候他的人第二次顯現、並與罪無關、乃是為拯救他們。
so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, without sin, to those who are eagerly waiting for him for salvation.

啟2:11 聖靈向眾教會所說的話、凡有耳的、就應當聽。得勝的必不受第二次死的害。
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. He who overcomes won't be harmed by the second death.

啟20:14 死亡和陰間也被扔在火湖裏.這火湖就是第二次的死。
Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.

啟20:6 在頭一次複活有分的有福了、聖潔了.第二次的死在他們身上沒有權柄.他們必作神和基督的祭司、並要與基督一同作王一千年。
Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over these, the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with him one thousand years.

啟21:8 惟有膽怯的、不信的、可憎的、殺人的、淫亂的、行邪術的、拜偶像的、和一切說謊話的、他們的分就在燒著硫磺的火湖裏.這是第二次的死。
But for the cowardly, unbelieving, sinners, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their part is in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death."

啟22:5 不再有黑夜.他們也不用燈光日光.因為主神要光照他們.他們要作王、直到永永遠遠。
There will be no night, and they need no lamp light; for the Lord God will illuminate them. They will reign forever and ever.

約3:16 神愛世人、甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們、叫一切信他的不至滅亡、反得永生。
For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

約5:24 我實實在在的告訴你們、那聽我話、又信差我來者的、就有永生、不至於定罪、是已經出死入生了。
"Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life, and doesn't come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.

約6:40 因為我父的意思、是叫一切見子而信的人得永生.並且在末日我要叫他複活。
This is the will of the one who sent me, that everyone who sees the Son, and believes in him, should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day."

彼後1:11 這樣、必叫你們豐豐富富的、得以進入我們主救主耶穌基督永遠的國。
For thus you will be richly supplied with the entrance into the eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
