ZF- Jim Kwik的提高記憶力的培訓- 推薦一下

Jim Kwik的提高記憶力的培訓,一共31天,收費$297, 每天不到$10,每天隻要花30分鍾聽課,然後再花30分鍾做訓練。

每天晚上睡前,早上起來的好習慣。比如晚上回憶一下一天發生的事情,想3件感恩的事情。早上起來記錄一下夢中的事情,用左手刷牙,運動3-4分鍾。

有兩個提神的運動:交替提腿/觸腳趾;抓住對側耳朵的深蹲
pat a cake movement at different speed的動作

記憶力的測試:讓朋友把下麵這20個詞念給你聽,念完一遍,看你能說出幾個,最好按順序。然後找出關聯性 (basic association),就可以輕鬆記住了。可以準確地把這20個詞按順序重複出來。

Have the right mind set, get your to be list:

1. I want to be able to keep up with all the important oncology literature (NEJM, ASCO), be a walking encyclopedia.
2. I want to be a walking EMR for my patients, remember my patients, their story, their data and work with them at ease.
3. I want to be a person connected with the experience I have, the places I have been, the people I have interacted with. 

My reading speed: 
1. Before using tracer, 24 lines (240 words)/min 
2. Using finger tracer, 30 lines (300 words)/min

Do I want to read a book every week? I am not sure, because I do not know how to use that much of information and put them into my day to day practice.

So I will focus on expanding my professional reading first. That's a place I will see a difference quickly. I may try to read leisure material in the speed read fashion, such as my yoga text book. Speed reading does not mean less retention. This will translate to faster and more decision making.

3. 和正能量的人在一起,作自己的拉拉隊。
4. 每天隻需要做一點點,always close the loop, 做事有始有終,即便是很小的事情。每天10-20分鍾的冥想,每天寫1-2篇小文。

過去這兩周接觸到Jim Kwik在油管的Super Brain的一個係列的節目,非常喜歡。決定每個都聽聽,記筆記,同時開始體驗。這個Mindvalley也賣APP, 但是我先不急,自學一下免費的內容,看看效果。今天的課題是:
5 Strategies To Prime Your Brain For More Joy, Success, And Peace of Mind | Jim Kwik (5個策略讓你的大腦獲得更多的快樂、成功和內心的平靜).
--Clarify: 清楚你的目標,很多事情還是要看結果的·。我的幾個目標:工作上提高成效,減少工作時間。家庭中,更好地和家人溝通,更多地達成一致。生活上,開拓更廣闊的空間,快樂地體驗以往接觸不多的領域。總而言之,讓生活更輕鬆快樂,就是我的目標。
--Care: 照顧好自己,吃好,睡好。一些對大腦好的食品,我都在吃了: 野生三文魚,幹果,藍莓,綠葉子菜,broncholi, 橄欖油,黑巧(如果要增加cocao 可可的攝入,可能要吃一些含糖的黑巧)。睡眠時間,質量足夠,享受夢境。睡眠把短期記憶轉化成長期記憶,夢境中我們特別有創造力。
--用正麵理念引導自己。比如我要相信自己能把所有病人和家屬的名字都記住,新藥出來了,仔細學習了,名字一定能記住。
--在情緒焦慮的時候,就開始行動,比如服務於他人,做出貢獻,這樣反而會放鬆精神壓力。
--多運動,對心髒好的,對大腦也好,繼續我的健身習慣。每工作一段時間就動動,讓眼睛也離開屏幕。
--多和正能量的人,和你想成為的人在一起。現在可以通過看視頻,跟博主實現。我就要成為Jim Kwik那樣記憶好,可以幫助別人更好地學習的人。如果我們提高了學習能力,和技巧,就可以學得更快,有更廣闊的視野。
--每天早上有一個好的常規,好的開端是成功的一天的基礎。聽了一遍他的視頻,就可以記錄下來滴!
