預熱烤箱F400度;
幹料:1又1/2杯 麵粉,1杯燕麥片,1/2杯糖,1茶匙baking soder, 2茶匙baking powder,1/2茶匙鹽。
濕料:1個雞蛋,3/4杯牛奶,1/3杯椰子油(色拉油),兩個大(或三個小)熟透的香蕉打的泥。
各自混好後,再將幹料和濕料混合均勻。
400F烤18至20分鍾。
