記的小時候,中秋之夜的竽頭老鴨湯是我外公必做的,今山寨了一個與大家分享,祝大家中秋快樂!

作法很簡單,地球人都會,唯一的關鍵是芋頭耍後放,放早了是水煮,軟爛無味。放晚了,才是湯煮,湯入芋中口口香濃
