茶香竹筒飯的做法;臘腸2根、鮑魚2隻、蘑菇少許,米、茶水……[先說一個小插曲,說起茶,在我的世界觀中隻認三種茶,紅、綠茶外加袋泡茶,其餘都分不清了,除了相對能品出好壞,嗬嗬,今煮飯我隻知用的是綠茶,知茶者輕拍,在此先謝,哈哈]
原料切片洗淨,拌了泡過的米中,加入衝泡過的茶水,量與米齊平,放入竹筒中蒸40分鍾即成

多春魚1磅、抹茶、麵粉少各少許、蛋1個、鹽……魚洗淨用紙吸幹水份撒鹽少許,麵粉中加入蛋、抹茶、鹽拌至稀糊狀,油鍋燒7成熱,將魚入糊掛勻入油中炸成型撈出,最後複炸一次至脆即成,吃時沾抹茶鹽即可,鹽3茶1
