做雞很辛苦,做鴨有點累……哈哈,冬至進補

今日“冬至”給各位大蝦進補,廚海無涯、三行者必有吾師,所以各位永遠是我心中的大蝦,願大家聖誕節快樂,新年大發,春日打虎……嗬嗬,上菜:

八寶全鴨:

主料,鴨子一隻,幹貝10粒、鮑魚幾隻、海參幾根、火腿、香菇、鹹肉、蟲草、糯米……

製作:
整鴨去大骨[不要破皮]、糯米先泡水,將以上各料分別切成小粒,與糯米同拌,
塞入去骨鴨肚內,{拌料時放少許鹽,胡椒即可}用鋼釺封好,將拆下之鴨骨墊入鍋下,上放鴨子,以防沾底,加水,蔥、薑煮二小時即可.吃時去除鋼釺,
肚肚中的糯米料......鮮呀!鮮的掉眉毛
