EXERCISE: (Burning a $100 bill)
Describe your feeling about this exercise: 我是一個守財奴。燒一張百元大鈔簡直就是在要我的命。但如果我不懂理財,那就等於我每天都在燒大鈔。
KEY DISTINCTIONS:
CHANGING BELIEF STRUCTURES
The first step to change is awareness.
The second step to change is understanding.
When you understand that your ways of thinking and being come from outside of you, you can disassociate from them.
The third step to change is reconditioning.
PHYSICAL AVERSION
EXERCISE:
A. Write 3 non-supportive beliefs or fears you have or had around money, wealth, success, rich people or yourself:
B. Write a positive or more empowering way of thinking for each:
The 2 primary motivators are pain and pleasure.
Physical is memorable.

DESCREDITING NEGATIVE BELIEFS
The only reason you believe what you believe is because it had credibility from past information and programming.
The idea is to re-examine your belief based on who you are today and who you want to be tomorrow.
EXERCISE:
A. Write 3 more non-supportive beliefs or fears you have or had around money, wealth, rich people or yourself:
1. 一個人一輩子有多少錢是命中注定;
2. 我這輩子不可能成百萬富翁;
3. 投資很可能讓我血本無歸。
B. Write an argument against each of the above:
1. 我有多少取決於我想要多少;童年經曆隻是Programming不是Fate;
2. If I want it by heart, think it by head , do it by hands, I will make it.
3. 可以先10% 的現金拿出來練兵,體會貪婪和恐懼。
