地主們，快來參謀參謀，有人沒租到房要告我。

我真的會被告到法庭麽？我該怎麽辦？
下麵是他給我的email.

I am sure that you are uninterested but FYI , since you did not rent the apartment to my son xxxx, we ended up having to find another apartment which is further from school and costing us an additional $229 a month. Since you never told us the reason you rejected xxxx although he was first to view it at the open house and was told that you simply had to verify my credit (which is excellent)I suspect that this might be a case of housing discrimination. You should anticipate hearing from us again.

我沒check him.

The other couple show me their credit report. then I just go with them. Then I told him that he is the second one on my list. Then he ask me why he is second, he said his mother got very good credit score. he think he should be the first one..

問：Who came first? The couple or the man?

The couple was early on Thursday afternoon.
He was the first one on Saturday.
Couple is earlier.

The man is student , he is going to live in there. he want me to check his mother credit.

I can return the application fee which is only 10 dollars.

我看你沒什麽問題。

建議你正式寫一封信，連同refund check， 用certificated mail加上return receive（在post office郵寄）。就咬定說你有證據證明他是第二，但是不提是什麽證據。要是再問你的證據，你可以說你告到那裏我自然會就在那裏出示。並且說第一個通過了就不查第二個。另外，誰住就查誰的credit。我不管你媽的（不是罵人：-P).他要是說當時為什麽不說，你就說當時沒注意就收申請了。或者說後來Partner（顧問、律師或者如山：-P）提醒你。

如山兄，這些故事如有頭有尾就更有意思。那些城裏人得到反饋後，一般還回來把故事講完嗎？ 我自己根本不知“城”在哪兒, 也沒時間去。 謝謝。

這個case沒見提問人回頭再說。我估計租客沒有繼續告。至於提問人是否按照我說的去做還是發生別的事就不清楚了。“城”裏人跟這裏的人一樣，是否回頭說就看這個人是什麽習慣了。在這裏你同樣也可以看到，並非每個人聽了你意見以後都給你一個回複的。我說過，這可能是咱們老中的文化使然。他們可能覺得“盡在不言中”更好 。在這裏你一樣不難找到這樣的例子。
