很多朋友問我要蛋撻的方子, 那就獻醜啦. 皮是毛毛媽的酥皮方子(再謝毛毛媽), 我第一次做, 有點厚了. 這個想省點事可以用pie crust代替.
filling如下(以下份量做16個):
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups milks
1 tsp
Valina extract
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp corn starch
(就這麽簡單)
375F degree, 30-40 minutes or until the egg filling is firm.
