我用的分量: (2-2-2就是下麵的材料)
2 medium potatoes
2 tablespoon AP flour
2 eggs
salt 適量(1/2 tsp)
1) 土豆去皮
2) 加蛋, 麵粉, 鹽, 攪拌均勻.
3) 熱油鍋
4) 開煎, 至兩麵金黃
分兩輪, 共煎了8塊, 第一輪的幹出鍋, 就被搶購一空, 所以沒有成品照.
