1. 用Rice flour:Singharanut (Waterchestnut) starch:Corn starch = 5:1:1 (粘米粉:菱粉:玉米粉), 加水做成粉漿
2. 蒸盤刷層油, 放粉漿薄薄覆蓋表麵即可
3. 蒸三分鍾
4. 取出蒸盤, 小心卷起
5. 重複#2, #3, #4至用完粉漿為止.
(我是用兩個蒸盤, 輪著蒸)
