French bread材料最簡單了, 不用蛋不用油的.
1 1/2 cup warm water (110F degree)
4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
用麵包機做dough, 然後搓成長條, 形狀大小由你喜歡. 然後擱著rise到1.5~2倍大小. 375F 度烤至金黃. 中間噴噴水.
烤好之後表皮硬脆, 裏麵鬆軟. 我老喜歡那個勺子敲敲, 聽那bo bo的聲音. 哢!
放涼後, 切片, 熱油鍋(什麽油都可以), 調中火, 開煎.... 煎成象下麵的樣子..
我家小子吃十塊八塊沒問題...樂著呢...
