還是毛毛媽的酥皮方, 基於我有的材料, 私自略作修改.
水皮: AP flour 1 cup, 鹽小許; vegetable oil 2 2/3 tablespoons; water 1/2 cups
油皮: pancake mix 2/3 cups (因為沒有cake flour); oil 1/4 cups
用毛毛媽的方法準備好酥皮. 以上份量我弄16個.
包上紅豆沙, 鎖邊(小時候做油角的方法), 塗蛋液, 灑上芝麻.
烤前:
400F, 大概15分鍾, or until golden brown.
層次很漂亮, 很酥口.
