多謝私房上過籮卜糕做法的TXM.
我終於也學會了, 真是受益不淺, 還解了饞. 為了減肥大業, 還稍加修改了菜譜.
Ingredients:
1. 籮卜 (1.5 - 2 lbs, shredded)
2. 幹磨姑若幹
3. Ham 適量(本來應該用蝦米, 怕小朋友過敏; 本來也應該用香腸或者bacon, 為減肥, 改lean ham)
4. 粘米粉(半袋)
5. 生粉兩匙
6. 糊椒粉 1/2 teaspon
7. 鹽 1 teaspoon
8. 糖 1 teaspoon
Simple process:
a. 熱鍋放油炒香 #2, #3
b. 加羅卜煮至透明, add #6,7,8 for taste
c. Mix #4, #5 with 400ml water, 攪拌均勻
d. 關火, mix b, c
e. 把d倒入8x8 baking pan
f. 大火蒸50-60分鍾.
once done, cool it, slice it, 煎至金黃
