蛋糕, 蛋糕, 我愛你..

總覺得鬼子的muffin怪怪的, 就是不喜歡, 不象偶小時候吃的蛋糕... 終於找到一pound cake方子, 做成muffin形狀, 就是我心目中的蛋糕, 又簡單, 又好吃...

Recipe:
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (沒這材料, 沒放)
Zest of a lemon or orange (optional, 我也沒放這個)

350 degree, bake for 50-60 minutes.

用muffin膜子做了幾個, rest baked into a loaf.

小朋友們每人吃兩個, 再加兩slices from the loaf, 結果沒吃晚飯.
