很多人怕用高壓鍋, 尤其怕煲綠豆粥.
其實不然, 我試過了. .
還小結出這份量, 沒堵塞過氣閥. 簡單快捷, 方便, 安全. 當然還綿綿的, 很yummy了.
幹綠豆: 1/2 cup
花生: 1/2 cup
抓一拳頭滿的米
加水至 8cup 的mark
用"High Pressure", 壓30分鍾, 然後自然放氣.
Done.
然後憑個人喜好加糖. 我減肥, 一鍋粥就放4 teaspoon brown sugar.
