今次向幾位大師學的菜,真的很好吃,閑話不說了上菜吧~~~

又買了organic毛豆,也不貴,但沒有在超市買的豆那樣肥大,這豆很瘦,我相信比在超市買冷凍的健康.煮法和冷凍的一樣.就是滾水下豆,煮5分鐘拿起瀝幹,放鹽上麵即成.

又做了鰻魚飯, 鰻魚都是現成的,隻要放在焗爐燒幾分鐘即成.

【櫻的食彩浪漫】-食之秋~『栗子飯』『蔥烤秋刀魚卷』

這些秋刀魚需說是日本空運這來的,但都是沒有在日本的新鮮.吃的時侯覺得條魚在口裏麵出油,很有魚味,也很好吃.

上網真的是好處多多,有時不知吃什麽好,咁好看見戴太一個菜,需然沒有recipe,但都看到用什麽材料,而家裏都有這些材料, 覺得好吃易做.在這裏謝謝戴太給我這個Idea.

材料: 椰菜切絲 豬肉絲 甜椒 蒜頭 生抽 鹽 小小水
醃料:生抽 鹽 糖 豆粉 油
把豬肉醃好,熱鑊下油,把蒜頭炒香,下豬肉炒到9成熟,產起放在一旁原鑊下椰菜絲和小小水把椰菜炒到9成熟,把豬肉絲 甜椒放回鑊一起炒,下生抽 鹽味即成.
