又是交作業的時候了,在這裏謝謝毛毛媽, suezi-q 和秋水篇,大媽很喜歡辦靚,看見有什麽自已喜歡的東西一定會把它買回來,吃的也是一樣,看見漂亮的也一定會做,除非家裏沒有材料.

小吃

明太子soba麵和小吃
辛明太子---1 1/2絛 烏冬麵條---2紮(我用了soba) 柴魚味精湯粉---適量蒜頭---4瓣 (磨成蓉)青蔥---1條(切幼粒)
1. 先煲一煲水, 水滾後加入烏冬麵條, 煮至熟透, 用凍水過冷河, 備用
2. 另一煲內加入4碗水煲滾, 熄火, 加入適量柴魚味精湯粉後攪勻, 備用
3. 燒紅個Pan, 加油, 加入蒜蓉及加入1條辛明太子略炒, 加入熟烏冬, 兜勻, 熄火, 備用
4. 將辛明太子烏冬放入碗內, 加入剩餘生辛明太子於烏冬上, 灑上青蔥幼粒
5.臨食時, 輕輕倒入熱柴魚湯於碗內…完成~~

看看這盆子,顏色很漂亮

豆付帽子
用剩的蛋白,就想起以前去餐館吃過這個菜.
材料: 水豆腐1磚 蛋白 菜精 鹽 豆粉 水
把豆腐蒸熱, 把菜精 豆粉 水煮成獻,蛋白煎香,蒸好的豆腐水去掉,把菜獻倒在豆腐上,然後把煎好的蛋白放在上麵即成.

芝麻茄子
材料: 茄子 黑白芝麻 味淋 日本麵豉醬
茄子切開半,在肉邊切成十字(不要切太深)放味淋 麵豉醬在上了麵,再把黑白芝麻放上麵,用400F焗爐焗至軟身即成.大約焗20分鐘.

雜菜炒雞粒
材料: 雞粒 甜椒 秋葵 青豆 蒜頭 鹽 油
醃料:生抽 老抽 糖 豆粉 油
把雞肉醃好,熱鑊下油,把蒜頭炒香,下雞肉炒到9成熟,產起放在一旁原鑊下甜椒 秋葵 青豆炒到8成熟,把雞肉放回鑊一起炒, 下鹽調味即成.
