醃製三文魚

做完這個醃三文魚,好有成功感,因為好似同出去買的一樣好吃,有魚味和三文魚油,今次祗做了一磅左右,下次要做成條,這個recipe好容易做。

材料:3份鹽, 2份黑胡椒, 1份糖,許多蒔蘿(這是我自己猜測的)混合好.

用冇骨的三文魚肉,放在塑紙上麵(plastic wrap)

放鹽, 黑胡椒,糖, 在魚上麵.

放 蒔蘿上麵.

把三文魚包緊,放在雪櫃裏三天,用重的東西壓著魚(很重要)

三天之後,把它打開,用涼水洗水上麵的材料就成了.
