蜜汁銀魚幹


自己做銀魚幹好吃,幹淨,又不難做,這是我第2次做了.方子是毛毛頭教做的,在這裏謝謝毛毛頭~~~

1 ,先下蜂蜜1調羹,接著醬油若幹(用量主要看你要做多少),小火,煮到這個汁開,上麵可以看到很多泡泡;這個時候,下蒜蓉,不停的攪拌一下
2 ,2分鍾以後,可以聞到蒜蓉的味道出來了;可以放入小魚翻炒一下,注意一定要小火,不停翻動,不讓他們炒焦了!
3 ,炒個2分鍾;放入芝麻油,翻炒,接著放入,綠色尖頭辣椒(切成條狀), 這時候,一定要試試看味道;一般5分鍾以後熄火可以了。讓辣椒自然吸收裏麵的汁。 (愛吃辣椒的可以在這個時間放入 韓國辣椒粉) 熄火以後,芝麻搗碎。澆上。裝在保鮮盒子裏麵,冰箱保存;要吃的時候取出即可。

橙汁藕片

這個橙汁藕片是從” 生活七味”那裏學的,需然她沒說做法,但覺得不難做就試做了.

材料: 藕片, 濃縮橙汁

把藕片用滾水煮一分鍾,拿起放在冰水裏浸至冷(這樣藕片才會脆,)瀝幹,放在濃縮橙汁裏過夜(放在冰箱),第二天就可以吃了,有很香的橙味.是爬梯的好幫手.

照燒雞汁的方子是朋友給我的.

材料: 一杯萬字醬油, 一杯糖, 一條蔥, 幾片薑, 一粒蒜頭(拍扁)2大勾麻油

把所有材料放在鍋裏,中火煮至稠即成.
