椰菜花切開,洗幹淨,用滾水煮六.7分鐘,上碟,簡單又健康, 加鹽,或鼓油,蠔油,小小熟油.

這碟菜容易又好吃,首先用油炒D鬆子到變盒黃色,然後把它放到碗裏,落蒜頭落鍋,加玉米,西芹粒,鹽,炒熟再放回鬆子一起炒幾下,好了。
