出去溜一圈,interview了一個位置,感受一下工作市場的冷暖。
出發前,牽線的agent給我上了一堂培訓課,我把精華部分拿出來曬曬:
interview牌理分析
- since they call you for onsite, they thought you can do the job;
- so you got to show them you want to do the job;
- and you are able to do the job.
FAB principle, 3 things you need to show them:
- Feature: your experience, your skills, attitude, image etc,
- Achievement: you've done things great in the past
- Benefit: what you can bring to their business
這些內容,以前開會都討論過,他這麽係統化一整理,更加清晰和有條理。
有工作的時候出去interview,就當散散心,熱熱身,不計較得失,也是挺有意思的事。
