過元宵, 吃湯團
俺來私房後, 也隨城(文學城)入俗了, 湊熱鬧, 昨晚還做了兩種團子.
甜的,
臨時起的興, 順手找了幾樣東西,
用葡萄幹, 炒香的杏仁粉, 黃油, 還加了點蜂蜜, 攪成泥做餡, 包好後下到滾水裏, 煮熟, 撈出來,
放在過了篩, 炒香的杏仁粉裏打個滾, 就好了, 鄰居們也再次做了我的白老鼠, 還直說好吃.

攪肉, 蔥末, 薑泥, 鹽, 糖, 酒, 香油, 醬油, 一點太白粉, 白胡椒, 雞湯, 攪拌勻做的餡,

晚飯,
家常豆腐紅燒魚,
本來是想做紅燒魚, 和家常豆腐, 兩道菜, 等我折騰完湯團, 家裏人餓了, 我也累了, 就一鍋煮了.
魚兩麵煎金黃, 推一邊, 炒香 蔥白, 薑, 蒜, 蒜茸辣椒醬, 加肉末, 再炒香, 噴酒, 加雞湯要沒過魚, 胡椒, 糖, 醬油, 新鮮豆腐塊, 蓋鍋燒10分鍾, 加筍片, 胡蘿卜片, 西芹片, 再燜煮幾分鍾至菜軟, 勾欠, 撒青蔥, 淋點香油, 裝盤, 賣相不好, 味道很棒, 好在咱家是自產自消, 不做買賣的幹活, 哈哈…自己來鼓勵一下自己吧.
