家常晚飯 - 馬齒莧煎蛋, 香炒雞塊
馬齒莧煎蛋
中東店裏看到賣這個野菜, 記得叫馬齒莧, 買來試試, 不知道怎樣做, 就跟雞蛋炒了吃,
雞蛋加點鹽, 糖, 胡椒粉, 雞粉, 麻油, 酒, 打散, 加入切碎的馬齒莧, 倒入熱鍋裏煎成蛋餅.

香炒雞塊,
1.5 LB 雞腿肉,切塊, 跟以下香料醃1小時:
1 tsp鹽,
1 TB糖,
2 tsp 芫蓿籽粉,Coriander powder
2 tsp 黃薑粉, Turmeric powder
1 tsp 辣椒粉,Cayenne powder
1 tsp 蒜粉, Garlic powder
2TB Olive oil
炒鍋燒熱炒香以下:
3紅蔥頭, 切絲,
泰檸檬葉6片, (kaffir lime leaves), 切絲,
3紅辣椒,切片,
倒入雞塊, 鋪勻底麵, 煎金黃翻麵, 再煎黃, 翻炒幾下出鍋.

用同個調味料把雞翅根, 醃過夜, 400F烤了35分鍾, 中間翻個麵, LG帶去公司的potluck, 很受歡迎.
