我有點小變化,
用蔥花爆香鍋後, 炒香菇絲, 木耳絲, 黃花菜, 加老鹵汁, 韶酒, 糖, 醬油燒煮入味後加麻油, 涼涼,做餡,
用鮮腐皮, 刷醬汁, 包入餡, 用油兩麵煎金黃後, 取出,
再一起放回到鍋裏, 加剩出的醬汁, 和雞湯煮透, 收汁, 冷卻後切片裝盤.
