這是上次請我們一幫爬山的朋友來我家吃燒烤, 一共有十家人, 好熱鬧, 照片拍得很糟糕, 也不全, 加上看這些照片就覺得好累了, 就一直沒編成貼.
大家開始要燒烤了, 就想貼出來跟大家分享一下內容, 這幫朋友見麵就提我這次燒烤很成功, 他們還說要我給他們開課教他們烤肉, 可我沒有勇氣了, 真得很累, 準備了一周.
有點亂, 大家隨便看看吧. 我都不敢多看, 累.
下次party還是要搞potluck, 輕鬆多了, 一個人準備太累了, 像這次我們OCCCC這次potluck party, 我隻做了2個菜, 準備了飲料, 餐具, 就好啦, 感覺很容易. 歲數大了, 不再逞強了.
這次是帶有西南風味的菜.

準備的部分材料,
豬肩肉, 排骨, 牛肉(skirt steak) 和雞都用不同的幹香料醃過夜, 豬肩肉, 排骨和雞用很小火(200F)烤4-5個小時, 用indirect heat, 下麵用厚錫紙墊著, 一是火不會直接燒肉, 二是烤出來的油不會流下去, 使明火出來.
牛肉要烤3-4分鍾一麵, 墨西哥的烤牛肉是幹的不是rare之說, 去墨西哥路頭, 聚市吃得好香.
這些肉烤好後, 切碎或撕碎, 用玉米餅或麵餅裹來吃, 裏麵加入你愛的各種佐料, 香菜, 洋蔥, 青蔥, 辣椒, 檸檬汁, 煮爛的豆泥, 洋蔥番茄炒的米飯, 等. 非常yummy!
還烤了紅薯, 玉米, 還有一大盤 baby lettuce salad, 在另一桌上沒拍到.
