兒子過生日, 去年做了櫻的壽司蛋糕, 很滿意, 今年本來也想再做個, 可是這幾天工作一忙, 就覺得很趕, 很急, 心情就很亂, 就一切從簡,
周六中午做的壽司卷, 裏麵包了:
烤鰻魚, 煎蛋卷, 蟹肉棒, 鹵香菇, 小黃瓜, 醃蘿卜, GOBO, 鹵幹瓢,
鹵香菇, 煎蛋卷, 和鹵幹瓢是自己做的, 其它是買的, 飯是用買的壽司醋拌的.
鹵香菇, 幹瓢的汁: 醬油, 味淋(mirin), 亨大師粉(han-dashi), 水, 糖,
煎蛋卷: 蛋, 糖, 味淋, 鹽, 亨大師粉, (水+太白粉), 煎得不好看, 味道很好.




晚上吃的:

壽司蛋糕
用了Costco買的熏鮭魚(smoked salmon), 小黃瓜片, 粉色的魚粉, 吃時用刀切成一小條, 也用來跟其它的料來包壽司手卷吃.

買的醬菜,

miso soup醬湯: 用了白蘿卜, 海帶芽, 嫩豆腐, miso paste, han-dashi

周日的午餐:
紅豆飯團:

用了買的紅豆料, 下次不要買了, 就是自己煮就好了, 一小包煮熟的紅豆要4塊錢.

配個沙拉:

晚上做了簡單燒烤:
買了兩種鮮香腸, 一種台灣的”辛巴樂”, 另鍾是非利賓紅腸, 做燒烤很好吃, 烤香腸前要用刀刺個洞, 不然會爆開.
還烤了魷魚和虱目魚, 用煤炭烤的.



配個沙拉, blueberry smoothie

還做了個Lemon yogurt cake:

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
1 1/3 cups sugar, divided
3 extra-large eggs
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
For the glaze:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions:;
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease an 8 1/2 by 4 1/4 by 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper. Grease and flour the pan.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt into 1 bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, 1 cup sugar, the eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla. Slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. With a rubber spatula, fold the vegetable oil into the batter, making sure it's all incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes, or until a cake tester placed in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Meanwhile, cook the 1/3 cup lemon juice and remaining 1/3 cup sugar in a small pan until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is clear. Set aside.
When the cake is done, allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Carefully place on a baking rack over a sheet pan. While the cake is still warm, pour the lemon-sugar mixture over the cake and allow it to soak in. Cool.
For the glaze, combine the confectioners' sugar and lemon juice and pour over the cake.

剛剛給你補上了蛋糕的方子,還加了張切開的蛋糕,這個蛋糕不是戚風那種很輕的蛋糕體, 我兒子愛吃美國的較實成的,很好吃,不是很甜,檸檬香味很足.
