整理了朋友來家小聚的晚餐跟大家熱鬧一下, 剛從Palm Springs吃了幾天西餐回來的第二天請了兩家好朋友來家吃餃子, 很隨便, 很簡單的晚飯, 吃完後打打牌玩, 挺開心的.
做了點冷盤是給大家等餃子時填填肚子的,

做法很簡單, 蝦兩麵抹點橄欖油, 灑點海鮮grill seasoning, 用平底鍋煎一下就好了.

醃篤鮮湯, 用了自己做的鹹肉, 排骨, 白葉, 沒春筍, 用了冬筍, 又忘了拍成品的照片,

木耳蓮子湯, 慢鍋煮的, 沒拍成品的照片, 喜歡做這個湯, 我不放很多糖, 清淡, 營養,簡單, 吃剩了是我的早餐.

主角:
水餃餡一個是韭菜蝦仁豬肉, 一個是白菜豬肉的, 也包成兩種樣子, 因為怕朋友的孩子對蝦過敏. 當晚吃的餃子忘了拍成品的餃子照片, 補張後來剩下來凍過的再煮的拍的PP吧.

甜點做了個Russian Tea Cake (Mexican Wedding Cookies, Austrian Kipferin)
用的是pecan nuts, 也沒拍到裝盤的照片, 我請客都是很亂的, 前麵準備工作做得不錯,後來人一來我就全亂手腳了. 還有一些零食, 水果, 飲料的, 和朋友帶來的蛋糕和酒, 等都沒拍到PP啦.

方子來自Williams-Sonoma, 非常好吃, 好做,
材料:
1杯AP 麵粉,
¼ tsp鹽,
½ 杯室溫奶油,
1/3杯糖,
1 tsp 香草精,
1杯胡核桃, 炒香,切碎,
½杯糖粉, 最後用來滾球的.
先把糖, 奶油, 鹽, 香草精, 拌勻, 用mixer或用木勺都行, 再加入麵粉和堅果拌勻, 壓成一塊一寸厚的餅,用包鮮膜包好進冰箱, 冷硬後拿出, 切方塊, 再搓成圓子, 放在墊有烤紙的烤盤裏, 進預熱325F的烤箱, 烤20-25分種, 金黃就好了, 冷卻後,滾上糖粉.
圖上看到是我做了兩份的量.
第二天用剩的餡來做了韭菜合子,
