意式的烤餅 - Focaccia
Focaccia , Italian flat bread, 跟披薩很像, 就是撒點鹽和香料就可以吃的餅, 我這次用了pesto sauce, 自己做的, 今年最後一次收成的basil, 就打成了泥,
Pesto sauce:
Basil leaves, garlic, parmesan cheese, pine nuts (best if toasted), extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
還加了 Sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, rosemary.
用麵包機發的麵, 然後就在烤盤裏倒入橄欖油, 用手把麵壓平, 上麵放上你喜歡的料, 再第二次發酵, 約1小時, 我用烤箱發好後取出. 再預熱烤箱到425F, 烤15分鍾, 表麵金黃, 就好了.
吃時可再加點料,
配個沙拉, 晚飯就解決了. 沒吃太多肉吧.
麵包機發麵材料如下:
1 cup water, warm
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups Bread Flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place all of the ingredients into the pan of your bread machine. Program for Dough and press Start.
