美式肉臊 - All-American Beef Chili

響應大媽豬的號召, 同時給活動助興, 來個入鄉隨俗的菜, 其實我家夠土洋結合啦.

美式肉臊 - All-American Beef Chili


材料:

4 條培根, 切小快, slices of bacon, cut into small pieces
2 大勺橄欖油,
1 個紅椒切碎,
2 個洋蔥, 切碎,
6 粒大蒜,切碎,
2 LB 碎牛肉,
1/4 杯 混合香辣粉, chili powder (幹香料)
1 TB 孜然粉, cumin powder (幹香料)
1 tsp 辣椒粉, cayenne pepper (幹香料)
2 罐頭 (14.5 oz) 碎蕃茄
2罐頭 (14.5 oz) 蕃茄醬
4 條”醬煙熏幹辣椒”剁成泥, chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce(當心, 很辣的)
鹽, 黑胡椒適量

1 LB 雜豆, 泡過夜,


做法:

燒熱可進烤箱的鐵鍋, 炒培根出油, 加洋蔥,大蒜, 炒香,
然後放入紅椒炒軟, 加入幹香料炒香, 加入絞牛肉餡,炒變色,
再加豆, 蕃茄和蕃茄醬, 煙熏幹辣椒泥, 燒滾, 蓋蓋,

進烤盤325F大概一小時, 然後拿出來用勺舀掉表麵的油, 開蓋再烤1小時, 加鹽和胡椒調味.

配鮮蕃茄丁, 帢特氣司, 酸奶油, 小香蔥, 和麵包.
