釀橡子瓜- Stuffed Acorn Squash
- 鬆子炒香, 取出,
- 甜洋蔥, 西芹, 胡蘿卜, 切碎,
- Thyme (百裏香), Sage, 取葉, 切碎,
- Jimmy Dean turkey sausage, zucchini, 切碎丁,
- 橄欖油炒香, 炒軟甜洋蔥, 西芹, 胡蘿卜, 加Thyme , Sage, sausage, zucchini, 炒軟, 加剩飯, 炒散, 加鹽, 胡椒,雞湯, 使入味, 收幹水, 倒入鬆子, 拌勻,-
- 橡子瓜, 切下鼎蓋, 挖掉囊籽, 切平底, 放入一小塊黃油, 填入餡, 蓋好鼎蓋, 進預熱400F 烤箱烤 1 小時, 就好了.

釀麵條瓜 (魚翅瓜) - Stuffed Spaghetti Squash
做了太多的餡, 第二天, 加了點dried cranberry, 又用來填了個麵條瓜, 先撒點鹽在瓜肉上, 再放入填料,
烤了1 小時後, 加點 Parm cheese, 再烤10分鍾, 又是一頓晚餐,
配了個軟麵包.
麵包
材料:
1 cup milk,全脂牛奶,
2 eggs,蛋,
½ cup butter, cut up,黃油,
3 ¾ cup bread flour,高筋麵粉,
½ cup sugar,糖,
½ tsp salt,鹽,
4 ½ tsp yeast,酵母粉,
Glaze:刷麵包的,
1 egg, beaten + 1 tb water
把材料按麵包機要求的程序放麵包機, 按dough setting 用一個麵包9X5"烤盤, 裏麵噴上油, 麵發好了拿出來, 把氣擠壓, 排掉, 揉勻, 做成2圓筒, 把它放入盤裏, 蓋上一塊布,放暖的地方,發孝1小時, 刷上蛋液, 進375F烤箱, 放在倒數第二烤架上, 烤25-30分鍾, 最後5分鍾蓋上一張錫紙怕表麵烤焦, 用竹簽插一下,出來幹淨, 就好了. 放架上冷卻10分鍾, 再從盤裏取出,再徹底冷卻.

還剩了一些餡, 人少吃飯老吃不完, 又接著來,
釀雞脯 - Stuffed Chicken Breasts
雞脯肉用 紅糖, 鹽水 (2TB : 2TB) 浸泡 6小時, (以前吃別人做的填雞脯總是很幹, 就想出這個辦法, 很好)
取出, 擦幹, 修掉肥油和碎肉, 用刀平切開, 做成一個口袋, 填入餡, 放入烤盤, 撒鹽和胡椒, 刷上蛋液, 撒上麵包削, 放點黃油,
400F 烤了, 30分鍾, 歇會兒, 就好了.
配了個土豆泥, 加了鹽, 胡椒, cream cheese,
凍的蔬菜用雞湯, Thyme , Sage, 煮軟,
還做了個 gravy, 用黃油炒麵粉, 加雞湯, 西辣醬油, Thyme , Sage 和 half & half.
