韓式牛肉炒紅薯粉, 木須肉, 麵包機版香焦麵包
我們一幫子有8家人了, 星期六是我們爬山的日子, 中午做個麵, 吃好上路, 隔壁鄰居也一起過來吃, 一起出門.
韓式牛肉炒紅薯粉 - 常做這個粉, 大人孩子都愛吃, 也很快,
紅薯粉用開水泡熟, 瀝幹,衝冷水, 備用,

磨菇, 黃花菜, 黑木耳, 黃椒, 胡蘿卜, 洋蔥, 芹菜, 切絲, 牛肉切薄片用Yoshida sauce醃一下,

蛋皮煎好,切絲,

除了蛋皮, 每樣材料分別用少量麻油炒香炒熟, 盛出到入一大盆裏,
熱鍋裏加一點麻油, 到入醬油和糖, 炒起泡, 倒入粉條, 拌炒勻, 加入全部料一起拌勻,加點胡椒粉, 熟芝麻, 就好了.

傍晚回來, 把用剩的材料, 用豬裏脊肉又炒了個木須肉,

接著用這個生的餅, 在平底鍋上一麵一分鍾就烙好了,

出門前還把材料扔麵包機做了個麵包:
麵包機版香焦麵包- 很好吃,
材料:
¾ 杯牛奶,
½ 杯(1個)熟透的香焦,
1/3 杯果醬,(我做過草梅的,和桔子的,marmalade)
1個蛋,
1 tsp監
3 TB 軟牛油
4 cup 麵粉
1-1/2 tsp 酵母粉(active dry yeast)
when beep sounds, add
可加1/2杯葡萄幹或炒過的核桃仁,
按順序把材料放進麵包機, use basic white bread cycle.

再來個湯, 用了鹹肉, 蝦丸, 冰凍的筍切片, 白蘿卜,
自做的鹹肉切很薄, 因為要快, 跟蘿卜一起大火燒滾, 加切半的蝦丸, 筍片, 一點白胡椒粉, 香菜, 不用放鹽, 就好了.

兩家又在一起吃了個簡單的晚飯, 就這樣過了一天.
