材料:

牛小排, 4+LB,
洋蔥, 3大個,
胡蘿卜, 4根,
芹菜, 一小棵,
蒜, 5-6瓣,
啤酒, 1瓶,
黃芥末粉, 1小勺,
小番茄, 2LB,
鹽和胡椒

小番茄洗過擦幹, 淋橄欖油, 撒鹽和胡椒, 進350F烤箱, 烤40分鍾, 備用,

牛小排隔骨切塊, 撒上鹽和胡椒, 用油每麵分兩批煎黃, 取出, 備用,

同鍋炒軟洋蔥, 加胡蘿卜, 芹菜, 蒜, 炒軟, 倒入啤酒, 黃芥末粉,小番茄, 鹽和胡椒, 放回牛小排, 進325F烤箱, 烤2小時, 撇掉油, 蓋在意麵上吃.
