烤小豬排,玉米煎餅,番茄羊乳酪沙拉,烤雞腿,烤小雞,炸魚塊, 炸秋葵,排骨黃醬湯,

10/15 算是應付過了, 近來實在太忙啦, 本來就不會小資的俺,就隻能來點大農菜,請大家笑納吧.


烤小豬排, roasted baby back ribs

以前做過, 這次用了 275F 底溫烤了兩小時. 裏嫩外香.

玉米煎餅, Corn Fritters,

一罐玉米粒, 連汁,
½ C 玉米麵,
½ C 麵粉,
1 蛋,
3 TB 酸奶,
1 tsp 酸鹽,
½ tsp cayenne pepper,
1/3 甜洋蔥,切碎,

以上材料拌勻, 鐵鍋燒熱, 加油, 加一小勺米糊, 兩麵煎金黃, 好了. 配salsa, and sour cream, or Mayo 吃.

番茄羊乳酪沙拉,

番茄切小塊, 甜洋蔥切薄絲, 橄欖切片, basil 切絲, 乳酪捏碎, 檸檬汁, 橄欖油, 現磨胡椒粉.

烤雞腿,

雞腿用:

鹽, 胡椒, 辣椒粉, 蒜粉, 醃過夜,

皮上抹上橄欖油, 再撒一層麵包屑, 進325F 烤箱, 烤50分鍾. 皮脆肉嫩,好吃.

蔬菜, 和土豆, 也撒上, 鹽, 胡椒, 辣椒粉, 蒜粉, 橄欖油, 麵包屑, 進同一烤箱.

烤小雞-

小雞從背上剪開, 用鹽, 花椒粉, 辣椒芬, 胡椒粉, 米酒醃過夜, 皮上抹油, 375F烤40粉鍾,

小包菜用, 雞湯, 橄欖油, 煮軟, 撒烤熟的培根碎.

烤小排骨,

排骨用椒鹽粉, 花椒粉, 辣椒粉, 醃過夜, 進程325F烤箱烤40分鍾.

炸魚塊, 炸秋葵-

底筋麵粉, 蛋, 冰水, 拌成糊, 魚塊用鹽,米酒, 醃拌小時, 拖麵糊油炸金黃, 再回鍋炸脆.

排骨黃醬湯-

排骨飛水後, 再加水, 扁尖, 燉爛, 加黃醬, 韓國泡菜, 韓國辣醬, 魚餅, 蔥花.

肉丸意麵, 以前上過類似的, 這次加了西葫蘆丁.

烤意麵, baked penne

熱鍋, 下橄欖油, 炒香洋蔥碎, 加蒜末, 炒香, 加臘腸炒黃, 磨菇炒軟, 放 Vermouth 酒, 加dried Oregano, black olive, 西葫蘆, 罐頭番茄, 牛奶, 水, penne, 鹽,胡椒, 蓋好燜一下, 麵軟一點, 加一點酸奶, 拌勻, 倒入烤盤, 上麵撒 mozzarella and parmesan cheese, 進 350F烤箱, 烤30分鍾.
