簡單版的鹽焗雞-

看大家都在做鹽焗雞, 我也來個簡單版的, 小雞擦幹水後, 用鹽, 白胡椒, 沙薑粉, 抹在雞的裏裏外外, 進冰箱, 不蓋, 敞開著, 過夜, 第二天, 在肚裏塞一把香菜, 在外麵噴一點橄欖油, 進375F烤箱, 烤40分鍾, 用風扇那檔烤.

韭花炒肉絲-

肉切絲, 用生抽, 胡椒, 味精, 糖, 料酒, 澱粉, 醃20分鍾,

下油鍋炒斷生, 取出,

油鍋, 炒香薑末, 加辣椒,紅椒, 韭花, 炒軟, 加肉絲進來, 加料酒, 鹽, 糖, 胡椒, 再炒勻.
