涼拌粉皮雞絲,涼拌茄子,榨菜炒肉絲,海帶燒肉,彩椒雞片,蛋炒生耗,百葉絲炒芹菜,香椿拌豆腐,八寶雞湯

近來做的幾道家常菜-


這幾道菜我怕沒有參考價值, 但對常常問自己今天吃什麽的JM們, 可以提供一點想法,

涼拌粉皮雞絲-

拌醬:

3 TB 芝麻醬, 3 TB 醬油, 2TB醋, 1TB糖, 1 TSP 紅油, 1TB wasabi, 少量味精, 蒜油, 薑油, 白胡椒粉,

-雞脯肉進開水蓋過雞肉, 放薑片, 蔥段, 米酒, 蓋蓋, 燒開, 關火, 稍涼後取出, 拉成絲.
-綠豆粉皮條泡開水, 軟後衝涼水,
-胡蘿卜, 西芹切絲過開水,
-黃瓜, spam, 切絲,
-熟花生米略打碎, 蔥花, 假培根碎少量配色.

涼拌茄子-

小茄子一切四條, 進蒸鍋蒸熟, 待涼,

拌醬: 醬油膏, 醋, 糖, 蒜泥, 麻油, 紅翻天剁椒, 香菜.

榨菜炒肉絲-

肉絲用醬油, 胡椒, 澱粉, 抓過,
榨菜切絲泡冷水, 洗淨,瀝幹,
筍絲, 胡蘿卜切絲, 辣椒切絲,

熱鍋加油炒肉絲斷生, 取出,
熱油鍋, 加蒜末, 薑末炒香, 放筍絲, 胡蘿卜切絲, 辣椒切絲炒幾下, 加榨菜切絲, 肉絲, 炒勻, 加一點糖, 雞精, 胡椒, 香油, 好了.

海帶燒肉-

五花肉略凍一下切成方塊, 過開水, 再過冷水, 瀝幹水,

油鍋炒一勺冰糖, 炒成棕色, 放肉塊, 八角, 桂皮, 薑片, 蒜頭, 一起炒到肉上色, 加料酒, 醬油再炒香, 炒幹, 加洗淨的海帶, 冰糖, 水, 蓋蓋燒開, 改小火再燒爛, 就好了.

開洋花菜-

彩椒雞片-

雞脯肉切片用澱粉, 鹽, 胡椒馬味, 進油鍋炒斷生, 取出,
油鍋炒香甜洋蔥, 辣椒和甜椒, 加醬油膏, 醬油, 醋, 糖, 勾欠, 淋香油.

蛋炒生耗-

雞蛋打散, 跟生耗, 胡椒, 鹽, 糖, 雞精, 拌勻,

油鍋,炒香蔥段, 薑末, 胡蘿卜絲, 磨菇, 下蛋混合物, 加一點魚露, 糖, 胡椒炒勻.

百葉絲炒芹菜-

大華的凍櫃裏拿了一包百葉想買來包肉末吃, 打開一看是一種很後的豆腐皮, 很硬, 不能包東西, 就臨時改做炒肉絲芹菜, 放了豆鼓和紅翻天剁椒, 看毛毛媽做了幾個菜用這些,很開胃的.

香椿拌豆腐-

在大華看到有香椿買, 就買來試試. 以前沒做過, LG 說就象我做皮蛋拌豆腐一樣,

拌了, 耗油, 麻油, 香菜, 蔥花, 皮蛋, 糖, 胡椒粉, 很好吃.

嫩豆腐燙過開水,冷後拌勻.

八寶雞湯-

烤火腿剃下的骨頭跟小雞, 蓮子, 紅棗, 苟芑, Barley, 當歸, 燉一鍋湯,真好喝.
