泰式烤雞脯餐,北海道土司, 檸檬戚風蛋糕,等

昨天忙的吃的-泰式烤雞脯餐,

天熱就想做簡單的吃, BBQ就很方便, 不用燒爐頭, 屋裏也涼快一點.

泰式烤雞脯-

醃醬:


3 TB-魚露,
1TB-糖,
1 tsp-胡椒粉,
1TB-咖哩粉,
1TB-蒜泥,
1TB-芫茜莖,
1tsp-辣椒粉,
½ cup- 椰奶,
2TB- 檸檬汁,


雞脯肉用醃醬泡過夜, 用BBQ grill, 中火烤15-20 分鍾, 就熟了.

涼拌黃瓜-

拌汁: 魚露, 糖, 檸檬汁, 蒜泥, 香菜, 辣椒, 胡蘿卜絲,

涼拌薯粉-

用了我的麻辣醬.

再來個北海道土司- 清水MM的方子改過的.

北海道牛奶土司 (直接法)

材料

高粉540g 低粉60g 酵母10g 糖80g 鹽9g 鷄蛋一個
鮮牛奶250g 動物性鮮奶油heavy whipping cream150g


做法

1.將全部材料放入麵包機,先放液體,最後放幹粉, 再最後放孝母粉, (這是麵包機的程序)
2.開機用發麵擋,dough cycle,
3.約兩小時,就好了,取出麵團,
4.分割成6份,用兩個麵包烤盤,我沒稱過大小,不是很勻,你試著稱一下,等份勻一點.
5.滾圓,再用杆麵仗杆成長條,象鞋底一樣, 再卷起來,
6.依次放入土司模內。再發酵。
7.麵團膨脹至八分滿,約50分鍾, 刷一層蛋液(雞蛋打散)。移至烤箱內。
8.預熱完340F度。烤30分鐘。

很簡單, 我的麵包機是象牌,有預熱程序,你如果沒有,把液體放微薄爐熱半分鍾,大約是90F度,倒入機器.

再來個檸檬戚風蛋糕 - 是 Williams-Sonoma 的方子,很成功,很好吃.

我蛋糕裏少放半杯糖, glaze 裏也少放一杯湯, 所以蛋糕和glaze 都顏色淡很多.

中午懶得做,又懶得出去吃, LG就去大華買來烤鴨和叉燒,下碗麵吃.
