日式牛肉飯晚餐

日式牛肉飯 晚餐 - 給大媽豬交作業


喜歡這樣一鍋飯的夥食, 夏天人也懶, 這道菜正好適合我幾天的口味, 無油煙的燒煮, 材料簡單, 做法也方便, 味道是相當的好吃, 兒子說比太閣的beef bowl 好吃.

我用了flank steak (中文不知該叫啥), 逆紋切薄片, 我家人多, 就煮了一大鍋,

我用的材料:

牛肉, 甜洋蔥, 咪淋, 柴魚精粉, 淡色醬油, 糖, 白胡椒, 一點青蔥段, 糖醋嫩薑絲,

把洋蔥和調味料放鍋裏一起煮軟, 加牛肉片, 煮斷生, 就好了.

蓋在胚芽米飯上, 好吃,

看, 一人一個大碗, 我家粗, 不象大媽那麽講究, 大家就包容一下吧,

還做了個日式煎蛋卷-

材料:

6 個蛋, 1 TB 糖, 1 TB mirin, 1 tsp dashi stock powder, ¼ c water, 1 TB light soy sauce.

再來個豆花湯-

上次做了很多豆花, 變花樣吃它,

放了 柴魚粉, 蔥花, 榨菜末, 蝦皮, 番茄,
