端午節晚飯-
本來死了心, 不想包粽子了, 星期天早上上來看一下私房, 就看到了愛廚MM的動畫片包粽子, 一下就有了信心, 二話沒說就動手了, 泡米, 煮粽葉, 買減水, 忙得不一樂呼, 第一次包, 還真的很成功, 我就是愛吃堿水粽子, 在此要特別感謝愛廚MM.

近來吃西餐多一點, 很忙很懶, 端午節還是吃中餐吧, 做了幾道家常菜:
酸菜, 筍絲, 毛豆炒肉絲-
裏脊肉切絲, 用鹽,酒, 蛋清, 白胡椒, 澱粉, 醃一會兒, 進油鍋炒斷生取出, 油鍋炒香蔥段, 薑片, 泡紅椒, 放酸菜, 炒幾下, 放筍絲炒幾下, 放毛豆, 加酒, 雞湯燒一下, 倒回肉絲, 加一點雞精, 香油拌炒勻, 好了, 很下飯的菜.

雞炒木耳,磨菇-
雞脯上取下的裏基肉, 用鹽, 蛋清, 澱粉, 和黑胡椒醃過, 進熱油鍋炒斷生去出,
鍋裏加油炒香蔥段, 薑片, 蒜泥, 加木耳, 罐頭的磨菇炒幹水, 加雞塊, 加酒, 鹽, 糖, 味精, 胡椒, 炒幾下, 勾欠, 淋香油, 好了.

西湖醋魚- 這道菜我覺得非常直得試試, 很方便, 很簡單, 很好吃,
上次用鱸魚做過,但是照片沒拍好就沒貼上私房,
本來還是想買鱸魚, 昨天活魚又隻是非洲鯽魚和貓魚, 做這道菜, 一定是活魚, 就拎了兩條非洲鯽魚, 每次跟墨西哥兄弟交待別切掉尾巴, 他還是聽不董,
魚買回來, 用鹽, 米酒抹上, 鍋裏燒開一大鍋水, 放一點酒, 鹽, 薑, 蔥, 一片新曬幹的桔皮, 燒滾, 把魚放入水中, 蓋蓋, 小火燜8-10 分鍾,
這時另用小鍋燒熱一點油, 小火, 煸香蔥段和薑片, 把炒過的蔥薑取出, 扔進魚鍋裏(或扔掉), 加入一碗混和汁(醬油3勺, 醋3勺, 黃酒一勺, 糖一勺, 太白粉一勺, 雞湯4勺, 鹽半小勺, 味精少量, 胡椒半小勺, 香油一小勺), 慢慢燒稠,
魚取出裝盤後, 淋上汁, 放上香菜, 蔥絲, 薑絲(最好有嫩薑絲, 沒有的話,老薑絲泡冷水也行). 肉質特別細嫩.

貼下上次做的鱸魚, 主要是湯汁沒有蓋滿魚全身, 不好看. 吃是很好的.
