紙杯戚風蛋糕—
大媽的方子, 跟阿椿的風, 很好吃, 好輕柔, 好濕潤, 終於解了讒, 自己現烤的就是好吃, 特別是這種細膩的蛋糕不能久放, 店裏買的就是不夠新鮮. 這個方子沒用香草, 蛋味很濃, 好吃.

做法我就不多說了,
蛋白要打成這樣發硬, 發亮, 象緞布一樣, 就好了,

蛋黃糊隻要拌勻就好了, 不要多打,

犧牲一點蛋白把蛋黃糊拌勻, 再加其他的蛋白拌勻, 一下一下拌, 不要攪,

把蛋糊倒入紙杯後, 提起來往台上甩一下, 把大氣泡震掉一點,這樣會不容易裂,

翠花姐的方子, 跟素不相識和阿椿的風, 我也鬧了個笑話, 先還買了一包幹魷魚, 都怪他們隻寫韓文.

用同樣的調料還做了個蘿卜絲的, 蘿卜絲要用鹽先殺掉水再拌醬, 也很好吃.

調料: 把這些料放碗裏拌勻再用來拌菜.
2 大勺辣麵醬, 2大勺白醋, 2大勺糖, 1小勺辣椒粉, 1小勺醬油, 1小勺麻油,
1小勺芝麻, 蒜泥, 蔥絲.

我加了一點芝麻和糖.
用油炸過的小魚和花生就是香.
我用的材料:
免洗的小魚幹, 帶皮花生, 洋蔥, 青蔥, 蒜頭, 幹辣椒, 新鮮辣椒, 老幹媽香辣醬(有豆鼓), 老幹媽香辣脆油辣椒, 芝蔴, 料酒, 糖, 醬油. 還撒了一點海苔(日本 rice seasonning).
