紫薯糍-
買的紫薯本來是想元宵節party做湯團的, LG 反對, 說還是做傳統的, 就沒做,
湯團剩了一些餡, 今天就用它來做糯米糍巴,
紫薯3個刨皮切段用水煮熟, 碾爛, 放一包糯米粉, 加一點煮紫薯的水和糖, 揉成團, 包餡,
煮一鍋開水, 下團子, 浮起來後就拿出來放進裝了黃豆粉 (roasted) 的碗裏, 滾一下,粘上豆粉, 好了, 很好吃,
湯團餡是用炒熟打碎的芝麻, walnut, pecan, butter, lard, peanut butter, 紅糖做的, 把它們都放在 Ziploc bag 捏勻, 做成圓子放凍箱, 再用來包,
