鹵牛肚,紅燒籮卜和鮑菇,小青椒炒牛肉和牛白葉,香腸炒西葫蘆,鍋塔豆腐

這幾天很忙,就做了一些不花時間和不動腦筋的菜.

Dinner 1:

鹵牛肚- 用我的老鹵(還是照ROLL的方子做的)做的. 先用開水川過,進鹵汁燒.

紅燒籮卜和鮑菇--籮卜和鮑菇用油炒一炒, 也加一小碗鹵汁, 加冰糖, 薑片,蔥段, 蓋蓋燒熟.

小青椒炒牛肉和牛白葉- Flank steak 切條,用醬油,酒, 糖,麻油醃過,進熱油鍋大火爆炒,加小紅椒和小青椒炒, 加牛白葉,耗油,炒幾下,好了.

香腸炒西葫蘆—香腸炒香,加蒜,炒幾下,加磨菇片,西葫蘆片,耗油,炒一炒,勾欠,好了.

湯—豬腳, 熏蹄,和泡過夜的黃豆一起燉爛.

Dinner 2:

鍋塔豆腐—嫩豆腐切大塊,兩麵裹上麵粉,再裹上蛋液,進不粘鍋, 用油兩麵煎金黃後,灑薑末,小蔥末, 雞湯,鹽,酒,糖,麻油 煮, 水稍收幹起鍋.

磨菇炒香腸—熱鍋放香腸炒幾下,放磨骨炒成金黃,加耗油翻幾下好了.

牛肉炒蒜柳—用了火鍋牛肉加韓國燒烤醬,薑絲,一起炒,快幹了,加冰凍的蒜柳炒入味,家麻油拌勻,裝盤,灑芝麻.

湯—雞爪和泡過夜的無皮花生燉爛.
