懶人的意大利節日麵包- Panettone

懶人有懶人的福, 這個麵包又好吃又簡單.

材料:

1 cup milk
2 eggs
½ cup butter, cut up
3 ¾ cup bread flour
½ cup sugar
1 tb orange peel (from dry herb section at super market)
½ tsp salt
4 ½ tsp yeast
1 cup dried cranberries (can be dried cherries)

½ cup raisins (golden raisins are preferred)
¾ slivered almonds, toasted (pine nuts are preferred)

Glaze:
1 egg, beaten + 1 tb water

把上麵9樣東西按麵包機要求的程序放麵包機, 按dough setting.

用一個8X3的圓烤盤, 我用了soufflé 的盤, 裏麵噴上油, 再圍上一圈烤紙,

麵發好了拿出來, 把氣擠壓, 排掉, 同時加葡萄幹和杏仁, 揉勻, 做成一圓球, 把它放入盤裏, 蓋上一塊布,放暖的地方,發孝1小時,

刷上蛋液, 進350F烤箱, 放在倒數第二烤架上, 烤55-60分鍾, 最後15分鍾蓋上一張錫紙怕表麵烤焦, 用竹簽插一下,出來幹淨, 就好了. 放架上冷卻10分鍾, 再從盤裏取出,再徹底冷卻.

注: 幹果和果仁,可以用自己喜歡的.
